Sam is the founder of Burge Properties and manages the overall operations of the business, including customer service and relations, showings, lease and rental agreements, design and renovations, social media, and property maintenance.

Kristin plays a key role in supporting the design and decor of the Burge Property spaces.  She is responsible for website design and social media management as well as interior and exterior photography.  Kristin is a contemporary painter and photographer and owner of Kristin Burge Contemporary Art.
